MANILA – Genki Sushi: Hop on the Sushi Train

wp-1449388681518.jpeg

If I was stranded on a desert island and could bring only one food along, I would definitely choose Japanese sushi! Or maybe I would just catch some seafood and make my own haha (I wish). Better yet, I would simply take Genki Sushi!

Genki Sushi is a Japanese chain restaurant located at Bonifacio Stopover, Bonifacio Global City. It allows you to order a variety of sushi using a tablet computer before delivering it to your table by a train-like conveyor belt.

NEGROS OCCIDENTAL – Perth Paradise Resort: To Infinity and Beyond

wp-1487238062692.jpeg

Last January, I went to Visayas with my friends to tour Dumaguete, Siquijor, Bacolod, and Iloilo in particular. However, I had a different flight itinerary because I booked later than them on Cebu Pacific Air. My flight was unfortunately delayed for 3 hours due to overbooking issues. In lieu of the delay, they provided me a free domestic round trip ticket valid for 6 months. Thus, I was able to fly to Bacolod for free which was my gateway to Perth Paradise Resort. Food + Trip = Eat to Travel

Let’s be realistic. We cannot always travel to our dream destinations (unless you do it for a living) due to several reasons such as tight budget, hectic schedule, vacation leave dilemmas, family priorities, health issues, and the like. Thankfully in the Philippines, there is now an opportunity to go on a trip or travel internationally without even leaving the country. How? Just by eating! Continue reading

I grew up in a family of dog lovers. We currently own a shih tzu named Stanley, a dachshund named Mojo, and an aspin (Philippine street dog) named Cho. I jumped in excitement when I found out that a piece of heaven here on earth a.k.a. dog cafe finally opened in Manila!

“Kaladkarin” people who are always game for anything are the best travel companions! That is why I could not be any happier when my bestfriend, Espee, accepted my short notice invitation to accompany me on a domestic trip.

My original plan was to visit Cagayan De Oro only for the sake of White Water Rafting but I found out that it is possible to do a side trip to Camiguin (and also Bukidnon if time permits) from my research prior to this trip. Little did I know that Camiguin would actually become our main trip instead of CDO. Continue reading

After a year of being officially together, my boyfriend, Edwin, and I went to Antipolo City to celebrate. I’ve been wanting to visit Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens and Spa, Vieux Chalet, and Pinto Art Museum so we decided to just go there all at once. I suddenly had the urge to move to Antipolo as soon as I saw the spectacular view overlooking the city!

Our first stop was at Luljetta’s Hanging Gardens and Spa. From the name itself, Luljetta’s offers both a variety of spa services/ water amenities and an overwhelming view of the city and Laguna de bay. Continue reading
